I was lucky enough to have my dream wedding at the BLB Hacienda!! Lee, Bill and Bob were exceptional, you couldn’t ask for a better team. The communication was always efficient and they were there to answer any questions we had or even give advice. The venue is breathtaking, they pay attention to each and every detail. The landscaping is so beautiful and you’ll never see a cleaner horse barn! They have an on site bridal suite & groom cabin so we could all comfortably get ready and hang out before the wedding. There are so many perfect spots for photos, inside & out. It rained on our wedding day and Lee was attentive & ready to figure out the best game plan, it ended up working out but they were truly so kind and caring. It really showed that they wanted the best for us, which was so appreciated! We cannot thank them enough for letting us have our special day there, it will always hold such a special place in my heart. Side note - The horses are the best part! Beautiful (and big) retired Disney horses, it doesn’t get better than that!

Words cannot describe how perfect the venue, the team and the evening went. The first impression was a year before the wedding when we heard Lee’s caring voice on the first phone call. His excitement and passion for his craft could be heard straight through the phone. We are very busy people and they handled everything perfectly! We had no worries at all. I really don’t know what to compliment first. The AMAZING floral decor of the grounds and what Lee custom designed for us or, the fact that they had every accommodation for our needs and the vendors. The caterers couldn’t stop talking about how nice the kitchen was. The seven piece band had every connection they needed. My photographer had everything she needed. The lighting was perfect. My handicapped guests had every accommodation they needed. The separate bride and groom cottages are an absolute DREAM to get ready in! The horses and their stories are more than enough entertainment/distraction for the guests but they also have gardens to stroll around too. Bill was the perfect person to perform the ceremony. His voice was commanding yet calm, soft and peaceful all at the same time! The flow of the grounds as you go through the flow of the day is just absolutely PERFECT! From the ceremony grounds where the sun shines down on the couple and the beautiful horses in the fields, to the stables where you get to have cocktail hour and learn the stories of the horse’s lives. Then the biggest part of the evening is the reception venue. The chandeliers and beautiful exposed beams go perfect together. The acoustics were great for live music. The floor was perfect for dancing! Their recommendations for catering, music and the cake and photography were all on an ELITE LEVEL! They recommended a day of wedding coordinator, Chelsea, that turned out to be the BEST THING WE NEVER EVEN KNEW WE NEEDED! I can’t say enough about the amazing job that Bill, Lee, Bob and Chelsea did. All four of them work so well together AND with the bride and groom, it was nothing less than pure MAGIC! It is the most important day of your life and they are completely dedicated to making it PERFECT! You will not be disappointed in choosing BLB HACIENDA!

If you’re looking for the best venue in the central Florida area look no further than BLB Hacienda! Bill Lee and Bob are not only phenomenal people but their venue is absolutely breathtaking! Everything was perfect and they truly take the stress out of all of it! These gentlemen have worked in the industry for years and years and really know how to make their clients feel special!! Our wedding was one for the books and it’s all thanks to Bill, Lee and , Bob and their beautiful home they decide to share ❤️ Max and I adore you all.

(Press 'more' to read entire review) I will begin this review by saying that there are not enough words to describe what an absolutely fantastic, absolutely incredible experience we had with Bill, Lee, and Bob at BLB Hacienda this spring for our wedding. A measly 5-stars could not even begin to do justice for the amount of hard work, professionalism, class and elegance these three men put into our wedding - we felt that Bill, Lee and Bob treated our day like it was their own with immaculate prep, set up, communication and handling of every gorgeous detail of our day. Do not think of this trio as another "wedding vendor" or another "barn venue." BLB Hacienda is NOT like the other "wedding barn" venues here in central Florida, or like any venue we visited in our initial search AT ALL. Forget the fruit fields and tacky western touches (unless that's what you're after) and visit BLB - it feels like a botanical garden in the hills of Tuscany that happens to have a STUNNING, sprawling pasture of roaming gentle giants - retired/rescued ex-Disney horses - that just so happens to have the world's most beautiful stables and elegantly quaint wedding "barn" included. From choosing BLB, to planning our big day, to the wedding itself, Lee took the lead in making sure everything and I mean absolutely EVERYTHING was perfect - the timeline, the decor, the ceremony and reception, the rehearsal dinner, my florals. Lee was the epitome of class, poise, experience, and wedding know-how and I would not have let ANYONE else touch my wedding because they simply could not have made it as flawless as he did. Bill and Bob are amazing - from keeping the fairytale garden-like foliage in perfect condition to making sure the stars of our wedding (the horses) were in absolutely stellar health and couldn't want for a thing. Some other venues we visited had animals on property but they were not taken care of nearly as well as BLB's family of ultra-spoiled babies/pets and if you're a true animal lover you're not going to support a business that does not treat or care for their animals properly. When you are dealing with Bill, Lee and Bob you are not dealing with a company - you are dealing with three wonderful men who all have a stake in your wedding because the venue is also their home, and how could they not want anything but sheer perfection in their own home? We love Bill, Lee and Bob and consider meeting them and getting married at BLB the best decision we made after getting married in the first place. WE ARE FOREVER GRATEFUL, BILL, LEE, AND BOB!
